Customer Service Hours (matches our Google Business Profile / GMB hours): Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time Sunday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time Saturday and federal/banking holidays: Closed

You can still apply anytime — even when our office and customer service are closed. Our online loan application is available 24/7 at www.beehiveloans.com. You can submit your application and documents any time of day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pre-approval is possible depending on timing and verification, but most applications submitted outside business hours will typically be reviewed and processed on the next business day.

ACH Funding & Processing Schedule

Loan disbursements are sent via ACH (direct deposit). We follow the Federal Reserve / FedACH holiday schedule. Applications received on or around holidays will typically process on the next business day.

FedACH Holiday Processing End Times (2026) – No new disbursements after these cutoffs:

  • New Year’s Day: Dec. 31, 2025, 11:30 p.m. ET (resumes Jan. 1, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Jan. 17, 2026, 3 a.m. ET (resumes Jan. 19, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
  • Presidents’ Day: Feb. 14, 2026, 3 a.m. ET (resumes Feb. 16, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
  • Memorial Day: May 23, 2026, 3 a.m. ET (resumes May 25, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
  • Juneteenth: June 18, 2026, 11:30 p.m. ET (resumes June 21, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
  • Independence Day: July 3, 2026, 11:30 p.m. ET (resumes July 5, 2026, 5:30 p.m. ET)
